This play is based on the first batch of volunteer youth reclamation team members who landed on the island in 1956 and the builders in the 1980s as the main body of creation. The ideals and struggles carried out by generations to 'build Dachen Island' are the main line.
In the narration of the intertwined personal fate and the fate of Dachen Island, through the different forms of the wind, through the change of the character from being an enemy of the wind to being a friend of the wind, the transformation of Dachen Island from being devastated to the pearl of the East China Sea is expressed. In the end, the characters in the story, together with Da Chendao, created an immortal poem in the new era in the inheritance of the pioneering spirit. The spirit of Taizhou's 'land reclamation' also went out of Taizhou and went to the whole country.

Wang Qi, the lighting design master of the play, puts great emphasis on 'high latitude' - he said that the light beam is the focus of structuralism and high latitude. The same 'Mountain' and 'Huifeng' dancing, and the still scene of 'Hospital Looking at each other' all come down in one continuous line in the intersection of different time and space. At this time, when the fate of the characters 'Chen Liang' and 'Xiao Yu' in the play flashed before our eyes, they were actually arranged in advance, and they were exquisite layouts prepared in advance for a larger historical proposition—every bunch of The light is reflecting the logic of life, survival and growth in every character, every scene, and every era.
A small person connects an island, and a small island connects a big era. In the dance drama, "wind" and "light" run through the whole story. At the beginning of the performance, the flickering lights, low and depressing music and ingenious landscaping brought the audience back to Dachen Island in the 1980s.

From resisting the wind at the beginning to walking with the wind in the later stage, from the darkness everywhere to the lights of thousands of houses, it expresses the unyielding spirit of 'the first generation of cultivation', 'the second generation of cultivation' and even now 'the third generation of cultivation'.
'Those who walk into time light up their faith with their youth...' At the end of the performance, amidst the melodious singing, documentary photos slowly emerged on the big screen. In the center of the stage, FINE ART used 'light' to convey the spirit of reclamation, paying tribute to the pioneers and builders of Dachen Island.
