From September 11 to October 5, G.E.M.'s "I AM GLORIA" World Tour held 12 consecutive shows in Shenzhen. Traditional follow-spot systems require operators to work at height, which is time-consuming to install and costly to operate. For high-intensity, consecutive concert performances, it is even harder to guarantee stability. The FINE iSPOT PILOT ground follow-spot system completely puts an end to this problem. Operators can control multiple follow spots simultaneously from the ground, easily achieving follow-spot effects beyond the reach of traditional equipment. This significantly reduces equipment installation time and operating costs, providing solid support for 12 high-intensity performances.
The FINE iSPOT PILOT ground follow-spot system uses fiber-optic cabling, offering long transmission distance and extremely low latency. With real-time dual visual feedback from the tracking cursor and target cursor, every turn G.E.M. made on stage and every moment she walked toward the audience was precisely locked on. Multi-device control supports up to 12 devices tracking the same target. The multi-height mode enables free adjustment of spot height when encountering steps, effortlessly handling the complex terrain of the stage. The system supports ART-Net connectivity with consoles such as TEKMAND and MA, and allows import and export of fixture libraries and show files. Under multi-device operation, color and position presets are stored separately for each fixture, meeting refined programming needs and enabling the lighting team to efficiently deliver the lighting presentation for each show within the tight touring schedule.
