Recently, Strait Strait, a symphony painting that reappears the historical changes of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits and shows the family of the two sides with a grand musical narrative, was played in Fuzhou Youth Square, "The Heart of the Minjiang River", and broadcasted live on the 5G new media platform of China Media Group.
The whole work is composed of the overture "Memory of the Sea", four movements "Hometown", "Red Candle Happiness", "Lonely shadow", "Blood of the Same Origin" and the epilogue "Straits Dream Round". Through decades of changes across the Straits, from the perspectives of home, affection, love and homesickness, it shows the strong feelings from the separation of flesh and blood to the common hope for unity.
