On the evening of September 7th, a large-scale modern red Yue opera, Maple Leaf Like a Flower, directed by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and produced by Zhejiang XiaoBaihua Yue Theatre, was officially presented at the 13th Chinese Arts Festival and participated in the Wenhua Award. The play was broadcast live on the Internet through 16 platforms, including the video number "Literature and Art China", and selected by specially invited experts of Wenhua Award.
Maple Leaf Like a Flower is the only Yue opera that participated in this year's China Art Festival. It represents the fine stage art of Zhejiang province, and challenges the "Wenhua Award", which is the highest standard and most influential national cultural and art stage award in China, with profound significance.
