OVERVIEW

The FD VFD 3-Axis Controller is a high-performance drive designed by FD specifically for controlling three-phase asynchronous motor hoists. It can be networked and programmed via the FD ONPC control system or FD mechanical console to achieve high-precision positioning and complex trajectory motion control for single or multiple hoists. Utilizing vector motion control algorithms, it achieves positioning accuracy within ±1 mm and features zero-speed hovering, fast dynamic torque response, and dual-encoder verification for stable motion control. The controller integrates multiple safety protections including over-current, overload, under-voltage, and software limits, and complies with SIL3 functional safety standards with an exceptional response time not exceeding 200 μs. It is suitable for hoisting applications in stage machinery that demand high precision, safety, and programmable control.
